2013 Cadillac XTS Limo Coming in February

Cadillac is taking a strike at smaller luxury autos in order to attract the youth market. But don't think this American auto maker is forgetting about livery services. The 2013 XTS, which is taking over as flag ship from CTS, will have a limo variant available shortly after initial release at Motor Werks Cadillac in Barrington, IL.

Your average XTS measures 202.0 inches long and weighs anywhere from 3995 to 4180 lbs, depending on drivetrain. A stretch variant will increase mass, but the horsepower on XTS can handle it.

XTS is powered by a 3.6-liter V6, producing 300 HP and 264 lb-ft of torque routed through a six-speed automatic transmission. Both front and all-wheel-drive options will be available.

"This new vehicle will help dispel some of the myths out there about Cadillac," Cadillac Professional Vehicles Program Manager Ray Bush said. "The XTS will further that with outstanding ride characteristics."1
